1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Task Cash ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Task Cash.

2. Description of Service

Task Cash is a rewards platform that allows users to earn money by completing offers, downloading apps, taking surveys, and other promotional activities. Rewards are tracked via a digital wallet pass installed on your mobile device (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).

3. User Accounts

When you add Task Cash to your wallet, a user account is automatically created. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and wallet pass. Each person may only maintain one active Task Cash account.

4. Earning Rewards

• Rewards are earned by completing offers provided by third-party advertisers through our offer wall.
• Earnings vary based on offer availability, completion requirements, and advertiser payouts.
• Task Cash does not guarantee any specific level of earnings.
• Offer availability may vary by region, device type, and other factors.
• Credits are applied to your balance after the advertiser confirms completion, which may take up to 24 hours.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00 USD.
• Withdrawals are processed in $10.00 increments.
• Available payout methods include Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Visa prepaid cards, and branded gift cards.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval. Most are processed within 24 hours.
• Task Cash reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use automated tools to complete offers.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including falsifying offer completions.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the reward system.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Account Termination

Task Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any unredeemed balance may be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Task Cash are owned by or licensed to Task Cash. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Task Cash integrates with third-party offer providers, payment processors, and wallet platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Task Cash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task Cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or profits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
